Fitness Center

Connected by lift to the main building, the Fitness Center consists of a gym, SPA with heated salt water indoor pool and hydromassage grotto (1), emotional shower with flavoured cold mist and ice waterfall, Finnish sauna and Turkish bath.

For Fitness lovers, the gym equipped with 12 Tecnogym machines is open from 7.00am to 8.00pm while if you need to restore and regenerate the SPA with the pool are accessible from 2.00pm to 8.00pm (Children under 18 accompanied can use the winter pool from 10.00am to 1.00pm. Below 3 yo we request the use of baby diapers).
At the SPA, the beauticians of the "Team Beauty Premier" who work in our facility offer a wide choice of massages and diversified programs as well as personalized interventions to be agreed upon at the time, according to the price list.
The reservation can be cancelled without total charge for the chosen service before 10.00am.

The number of Guests in the pool is regulated by Regional laws. The access to the Welness Path and pool is upon reservation and limited to 1 hour, with some flebility during weekdays.
We suggest to book before the arrival or at least at the time of check-in.

Physical activity is also possible outdoors: the vast park, the swimming pool and the sea, the Park of Monte di Portofino and the Cinque Terre.
The riding school and the Golf and Tennis Club of Rapallo (with discounted rates for our customers) and that of Arenzano at about 45 minutes will be the suggestive destinations
that complete the offer relating to well-being and sports activities, making your stay relaxing and beneficial.

Our center is equipped with a Salt Bed: it is the first wellness bed made for you to lie on salt crystals, it is unique in its ability to offer a fabulous condition of relaxation and at the same time to transmit to the user all the benefits of haloetherapy.
